Since ionization energy increases across a period , you would think ionisation energy of B e < B < N < O Be<B<N<O . However , due to half filled electronic configuration there are exceptions and the correct order turns out to be B < B e < O < N B<Be<O<N . So 2nd and 3rd are B e , O Be,O respectively.

What is half filled e.c?
