White Knight :

A. 1.[Nd3-b4 | Kc1-c5] 2.[Bf4-d6+ | Kc5xd6] 3.[Qe2-e7+ #] (or) 2.[Bf4-d6+ | Kc5-b6] 3.[Qe2-a6+ #]

B. 1.[Nd3-b4 | b3-b2] 2.[Qe2-c2 | b2-b1 = Q] 3.[Nb4-c6+ #]

C. 1.[Nd3-b4 | Bc1-c3] 2.[Nb4-a6 | a2-a1 = Q] 3.[Bf4-e5+ #]

I think that "minimum number of moves White should make to guarantee he/she wins the game" is not a correct way of expressing this quiz! After 1.Be5+ Kc4 2.Bxa1 White is guaranteed to win (both players playing optimally): black cannot promote any pawn and checkmating is a matter of few moves. What you actually meant was "minimum number of moves White should make to checkmate"!

Absolutely correct Corrado. Any black would immediately resign after Be5+.

There are some lines missing from this analysis. In particular, 1... Kc3.

The puzzle is worded incorrectly. After 1. Be5+ and 2. Bxa1, white can be sure that they will win. That's two moves. A checkmate in three may be a faster win, but that's not what the question asks. Just ask how many moves to mate.

(I'd make my own post but it won't let me, so I have to comment here)

On 1 ... Kc3, 2 Bd6 with Black in trouble because he must move. On 2 ... Kd4 or 2 ... b2 or 2 ... Bb2, 3 Qd3 mate. On 2 ... d4, 3 Nd5 mate.
