Well, basically if you could solve the level 3 Möbius string question, then this one actually same, it really doesn't matter if if you cut it through the center or through 1/3rd of its length, you'll always end up with one string with 2 twists.... ...I actually tried it practically :P

This one you end up with 2 strip. 1 mobius strip and 1 strip with 2 twists

nope, that's right if we are talking about a normal strip, but mobius strip is another thing read about topolgy if you want explanations

If u cut through the centre, u get only one mobius strip with 2 twists..
