Apply cosine rule in triangle AOB to get cos<AOB=7/8. So,<COD=180-2<AOB, cos<COD= 17 32 \frac{-17}{32} , Again apply cosine rule in triangle COD to get C D r \frac{CD}{r} =7/4=1.75.
