These are all radii, so they make an equilateral triangle with height 3 3 2 = 3 2 . \frac{\sqrt{3} \cdot \sqrt{3}}{2} = \frac{3}{2}. The total height is 2 3 2 = 3. 2\cdot\frac{\sqrt 3}{2} = 3.

Could you please add an explanation for B C = Radius BC = \text{Radius} , since this is a level 1 1 problem?
