Circular logic

Geometry Level 4

There are 2015 points located at the circumference of a circle of radius 2015 \sqrt{2015} meters. These points are such that they are equidistant along the arc of the circle. If we join all the pair of points, how many diameters will be formed?

The answer is 0.

The measure of the arc between any two points is 2 π 2015 \frac{2\pi}{2015} . It is clear that the angle intercepted by a diameter, π \pi , is not a multiple of 2 π 2015 \frac{2\pi}{2015} , so there are 0 \boxed{0} diameters.
