Circular Motion #10

The angular velocity of a particle performing circular motion is ω i ^ \omega \ \hat{i} .

ω \omega varies with time according to the following equation:

ω = sin ( π t + π 3 ) \omega = - \sin \left( \pi t + \frac{\pi}{3} \right)

If the particle moves in a circle of radius π \pi , what is the total distance traversed by the particle from t = 0 t = 0 to t = 5 t = 5 ?
