Let the given expression be f ( x ) f(x) . Clearly, upon expansion will result in a polynomial. Hence, the sum of coefficient can be obtained when x = 1 x=1 . f ( 1 ) = 2 8 f(1)=2^{8} f ( 1 ) = 256 f(1)=\boxed{256}
