Coin Flip

There were 3 types of coins that Xavier has. Coin A has fish icon on both sides. Coin B has star icon on both sides. Coin C has fish icon on one side and star icon on the other side. Xavier has 30 coin A's, 50 coin B's, and 40 coin C's. He put them into a box. Then, he took 2 random coins. After that, he flipped them. How many probabilities could Xavier get different icon on the 2 coins flipped?

I got a different answer for the problem. My solution came to 70/144 which wasn't an option so I choose the one with the closest value to this. However, I don't think the answers to the problem are right.

Your answer has to be wrong because the amount of possibilities is 120 choose 2, or 7140, and 144 is not divisible by 7140. (Btw, you forgot to put your answer in simplest form.)
