Combinatorics combined with Probability

If the integers P P and Q Q are chosen at random between the numbers 1 and 100 inclusive with repetition, and the probability that with these chosen numbers, the value of 7 P + 7 Q 7^P + 7^Q is divisible by 5 is A B \dfrac AB , where A A and B B are coprime positive integers.

Find 5 ( A + B ) + 7 5(A+B)+7 .


The answer is 32.

Answer 32

The parenthesis are not correctly matched. There is an extra bracket after 7.It leads to confusion due to which I got it wrong in first two attempts .However I solved it correctly in the third attempt.
