= 2 x [ 3 x 2 ( 4 2 x ) ] = 2 x [ 3 x ( 8 4 x ) ] = 2 x ( 3 x 8 + 4 x ) = 2 x ( 7 x 8 ) = 2 x 7 x + 8 = 8 5 x \begin{aligned} &\textcolor{#FFFFFF}{=}2x-[3x-2(4-2x)]\\ &=2x-[3x-(8-4x)]\\ &=2x-(3x-8+4x)\\ &=2x-(7x-8)\\ &=2x-7x+8\\ &=\boxed{8-5x} \end{aligned}
