When your age was 6, Sam was 3. The difference between your age at that time was 3. Now that you are 15, Sam must be 12.

When I was 6 Sam was 3 yrs old,Now I am 15 that is 15-6 =9 so adding 9 to 3, Sam's ageis 12 now Ans.

sam was 3 when the man was 6

after 9 years (present), the man is 15

therefore, sam is 12

Difference of age never change.So the Sam's age is 12.

Sam was 1/2 of my age when I was 6.

Sam's age = 1/2 of 6

Sam's age = 3

Now , you are 15 means 9 years have passed.

So, Sam's present age will be 9 years more than the the past age= 9 + 3 = 12

Hence, our answer is 12.

Its quite easy!!! as sam age when you was 6 is 3 yrs. (given half of ur age) Similarly.... now u r 15 then sam is 12.....
