Your father's sister's mother is your father's mother.
So, your father's mother is your grandmother.
Your grandmother have 2 children, your father and your aunt.
Your father's wife is your mother.
Your mother is daughter-in-law of your grandmother.
So your grandmother's daughter-in-law is your father's wife, ie, your mother.
