Your mother's husband is your father.
Your father's mother is your grandmother.
Your grandmother's daughter-in-law is your mother.
Your mother's daughter is your sister.
Your sister's brother is your sibling.
It could be you yourself, or, your brother too , there is only option brother, so it's the answer.
