Your son's uncle is your brother. Your brother's father is your father. So your brother is son of a man, then you are also son of that man.

Suggestion for problem maker: add the options 'Mother' and 'Either parent'. That would make the question more interesting! Anyway I didn't even saw the word 'man' when I solved it.
