Computation of average
Engineer Marvin Kalngan owns a Construction Company that has 320 employees, himself excluded. The average age of the employees is 49. He fired two 33-year old employees because of company violations. But he hired a 20 year-old applicant. Find the new average age of the new employees rounded to the nearest whole number.

The total age of the employees is (320 * 49) = 15680. Marvin fired two 33 year old employees. So now the total age of employees is {15680 - (33*2) } = 15614 and employees are 318. then he hired a 20 years old applicant. So finally the total age of employees is (15614 + 20) = 15634 and employees are 319. So the new average is ( 15634 / 319) ~ 49.0094 which is rounded 49.
