Each row had a white, blue, and yellow condiment. The only color this row was missing was a yellow, which was the answer.

1st Column: white blue yellow

2nd Column: blue ???? white

3rd Column: white blue yellow

Saw the pattern it is cyclic hence it should be Yellow

There are 3 3 blue and white condiments while there are only 2 2 yellow condiments. Hence the missing condiment is yellow \boxed{\text{yellow}} .

Each row has one of each, but you can also look at it from a different angle: there are 3 of each condiment excepting yellow, therefor the blank space is yellow.
