Slope of first diagonal = -1/3............. Slope of second diagonal = 3........... Since the product of slopes = -1,diagonals are perpendicular & rhombus have diagonals that are perpendicular.

Diagonal of rhombus is not same

Nothing was said about the lengths of the diagonals.
