Coplanar?

Geometry Level 2

Three points are chosen at random on the surface of a sphere. What is the probability that these three points are coplanar (meaning that you can create a plane that passes through all three of those points)?

The answer is 1.000.

ANY three points are always coplanar. You can draw one line between two of the points, and then create a plane that has both that line and the third point. This works because there are an infinite number of planes you can make from one line.
