See its a bit tricky The numbers given are in alphanumeric sequence with each number being the largest digit possible using three letters ,four letters........and so on

So 10 > t h r e e 10 ----> three 9 > f o u r 9 ------> four 60 > f i v e 60 ------->five 90 > s i x 90--------> six 70 > s e v e n 70--------->seven 66 > e i g h t 66--------->eight so for nine digits the largest number is --> 96 \boxed{96}
