Each of 100 crates contain at least 23 coconuts and at most 29 coconuts. What is the least number of crates that must contain the same number of coconuts?

Applying pigeonhole principle, there are on box per number of coconuts that is seven boxes. In the worst case, each box will contain 100 7 = 14 \frac{100}{7}=14 crates with the same number of coconuts and two with 15 15
