Number of ways to choose 4 people from team of 6:

( 6 4 ) ( 8 7 ) = 15 × 8 = 120 {6 \choose 4}{8 \choose 7} = 15 \times 8 = 120

Number of ways to choose 5 people from team of 6:

( 6 5 ) ( 8 6 ) = 6 × 28 = 168 {6 \choose 5}{8 \choose 6} = 6 \times 28 = 168

Number of ways to choose 6 people from team of 6:

( 6 6 ) ( 8 5 ) = 1 × 56 = 56 {6 \choose 6}{8 \choose 5} = 1 \times 56 = 56

Total number of ways = 120 + 168 + 56 = 344 = 120+168+56 = \boxed{344} ways
