For example, hello can be coded as /2, 3/ 5, 1/ 2, 9/ 8, 3/ 15,1/
2^3=8-->h
5^1=5-->e
2^9=512-->12-->l
8^3=512-->12-->l
15^1=15-->o
For this one, the answer is 6, 1 / 15, 1 / 2, 23 / 20, 1 / 5, 27 / 19, 1 / 3, 2 / 2, 10
The answer is 46.
