True.

( a − b ) 3 = a 3 − b 3 − 3 a b ( a − b ) \large { (a-b) }^{ 3 }={ a }^{ 3 }-{ b }^{ 3 }-3ab(a-b)

It is the same as:

a 3 − b 3 − 3 a 2 b + 3 a b 2 \large { a }^{ 3 }-{ b }^{ 3 }-{ 3a }^{ 2 }b+{ 3ab }^{ 2 }
