I totally over thought this I was thinking (sum of all the digits of the previous number)! So 6,

6!

(7+2+0)!

-->

27!

I mean, it did occur to me that 10888869450418352160768000000 was a kind of long answer, but my creativity was lacking :P

3 ! = 6 6 ! = 720 9 ! = 362880 S o , 12 ! = 479001600 3!\quad =\quad 6\\ 6!\quad =\quad 720\\ 9!\quad =\quad 362880\\ So,\quad 12!\quad =\quad 479001600

Cheers!!:):)
