Simple solution: check the number of weeks in 200 days (200/7=28) and add the remaining days (rem 4) after Thursday. The 4th day after Thursday is Monday.
First multiple of 7 that is nearest 200 that comes into my mind was 210. Subtract 7, you will get 203 then count backwards. You will get monday.
200/7 or 203 (as the true nearest multiple) will not be that be easy to some to get right away.
After 196 days it's obviously going to be a Thursday add 4 to it Ans is Monday
200%7=4. So we have 4 extra days after Thursday and it is monday
if today is thursday then the next thursday will come in 7 days so all you have to do is to find the nearest no. to 200 that is divisible by 7 which was 196 which means that after 196 days the day will be thursday so after 200 days (add 4 more days) the day will be monday :)
Just simple dived 200 by 7 and remaining count by Friday i.e remainder 4 means Monday :)
Divide 200 by 7 to get 4 as remainder. Count 4 days from Thursday to get Monday.
Every (multiple of 7)th day occurs on the same day of the week, ie. if day 0 is today, then day 7 is on the same day. (Days of the week are like Modulo 7 arithmetic) Note that, since 210 is a multiple of 7, then so is 203, and so is 196. So day 196 is also a Thursday. It is easy to then count on the extra four days to see the 200th day is on a Monday.
200 = 7 * 28 + 4 We only need to know what day it is in 4 days.
200/7 = 28 week 4 days ie monday
203 days = 29 weeks, thursday - 3 days = monday
If today is thursday than after 196 days will be thursday (196+4)=thursday+4=monday So after 200 days it will be monday
Because there are 7 days in a week, it means we can reduce the day by finding the remainder when 200 is divided by 7:
2 0 0 ≡ 4 m o d 7
Then, we can easily count 4 days after Thursday, which is M o n d a y next week.

After each week (7 days, 14 days, and so on), it will once again be Thursday. We just need to group 200 days into weeks, and see what remains.
Dividing 200 by 7 gives 28, with a remainder of 4. In other words, 200 days is 28 weeks and 4 additional days. Thus, it will be 4 days after a Thursday, which is Monday.
