Decimals, Fractions, Scientific Notation and Percentages?!

( ( 2.1 + 1 6 ) × 15 17 × 1 0 6 ) ÷ 6.4 % \large \left ( \left ( 2.1 + \dfrac{1}{6} \right ) \times \dfrac{15}{17} \times 10^{-6} \right ) \div 6.4\%

The value of the above expression can be written as a b \dfrac {a}{b} , where a a and b b are coprime positive integers. Find a + b a+b .

( ( 2.1 + 1 6 ) × 15 17 × 1 0 6 ) ÷ 6.4 % \Rightarrow \left ( \left ( 2.1 + \dfrac{1}{6} \right ) \times \dfrac{15}{17} \times 10^{-6} \right ) \div 6.4\%

( ( 68 30 × 15 17 ) × 1 1000000 ) 64 1000 \frac{\left(\left(\dfrac{68}{30}×\dfrac{15}{17}\right)×\dfrac{1}{1000000}\right)}{\dfrac{64}{1000}}

2 × 1 1000000 × 1000 64 \dfrac{2×\dfrac{1}{1000000}×1000}{64}

1 32000 = a b \dfrac{1}{32000}=\dfrac{a}{b}

a + b = 1 + 32000 = 32001 \therefore a+b=1+32000=\boxed{32001}

2+1/6 shouldnt be=13/6=65/30?
