He spots a deer located 2,000 meters east and 500 meters north of his position. He gathers from his topographic map that he is at an elevation of 50 meters while the deer is at an elevation of 145 meters. What angle above the horizontal should he aim the rifle at in order to hit the deer? Gravity is 9.81 m/s^2, neglect air friction and wind. Provide your answer to the nearest 1/100th in degrees.
