Since the remainder is 8, the divisor is 9 since it must be larger than the remainder. Starting from the bottom, there is only one digit above 8 and the only one possible of doing it is 9 (0 is not possible because it needs the number above it to be only 8 but it is a two digit number)

So, ?? - 9 = 8; ?? = 17

at the top part again:

Since ?8 - ?? = 1

8 should be subtracted by a multiply of 9 that has a last digit of 7 which is 27

9 x 3 = 27 28 - 27 = 1

And bring down the 7

The answer is

287 / 9 = 31

there are two solutions 287/3 the sum is 50 & but 287/9 the sum is 48

I'm sorry but you're mistaken. This is a long division, so the divisor must be always larger than the remainder (if it exists). So 287 divided by 3 can't have a remainder of 8.
