Devils don't come from hell beneath us, they come from the sky

Logic Level 1

You bought the movie posters for these films:

i) Batman Forever ,
ii) The Dark Knight , and
iii) Batman vs. Superman .

However you have forgotten when they were released in theaters, and you are only told that

  • Batman Forever was the earliest movie to be released (in terms of year) and was released in the month of June.
  • The theatrical release date of The Dark Knight is July 14, 2008.
  • The movie released in 2016 was not released in July.

Suppose that the theatrical release years of the three movies are 1995, 2008, and 2016, and their theatrical release months are March, June and July.

Then what is the theatrical release year and month of Batman vs. Superman?

Surely it's a logic problem... No calculations required ..... :) The date is written on the poster of Batman VS Supeman itself below #Who will win

Oh curses! I didn't see the fine print! hahahahaa

Can you solve it the normal way please?

First of alll the answer is in the picture!! But there is a real explanatiion! If they all released in different months and years then they are all different, of course so now lets read the clues; well it says Batman forever was the earliest released and was in June! So the Only date in June is June 1995! So this is the date of Batman forever but also you can tell that is it because it is the earliest year! So B vs S is not June 1995! So now lets read te next clue; The theatrical release date of The Dark Knight is July 14, 2008, SOOOOOOO the only option that is July 2008 is the third option so we know that July 2008 is the date of Dark night and not B vs S so the only date left is the first option so therefor that is our answer(Oh and also the third clue says that the movie releasde in 2016 is not in july and the only date which has 2016 is the first one)
