Different effects on a curved turn of road

Classical Mechanics Level pending

Situation 1 : when a rider is on bike with fair amount of speed and when bike takes a left turn, rider gets inclined towards left / towards the centre of curve.

Situation 2 : when a driver is taking the same left turn in a car, driver experiences force towards right / away from centre of curve

Assuming the frame of reference as a stationary pedestrian, what is the direction of centripetal force on rider and driver respectively? Why does the rider and driver experience force in different direction even though taking the same path on road??

right / towards centre of curve on both right on driver and left on rider left / towards centre of curve on both left on driver and right on rider
