3FH means 3F in hexadecimal. F is the 6th letter, and therefore is equal to 9 + 6 = 15 9+6=15 in decimal. Also, 3 × 16 = 48. 3\times 16 =48. So 3 FH = 1 5 10 + 4 8 10 = 6 3 10 3\text{FH}=15_{10} + 48_{10} = \boxed{63_{10}}
