Imagine that a 24 hour digital clock is showing a time right now.
The lowest possible sum of its digits is 0, when the time is 0000, and the highest possible sum of its digits is 24, when the time is 1959.
There are 24 x 60 = 1440 possible timings for the 24 hour digital clock. If I added all of the digits in those 1440 possible timings, and divided the result by 1440 (averaging the result), what will the final result be?
