Dimensions vs. Units

A dimension is the predominant category-the measure being restrained.

A unit is how to measure dimensions; it is the computing stick.

Based off this list, what is the ratio between units to dimensions?

Energy

Force

let d be dimension and u be unit.
Charge(d)-->coulomb(u)
Energy(d)--> joule(u)
Force(d)-->newton(u)
Mass(d)-->kilograms(u)
Distance(d)-->Meters(u)
Power(d)-->watt(u)
Time(d)-->seconds(u)
n(u)=3 and n(d)=4 so ratio will be of 3:4.
