True or False?

\quad Let a a , b b and c c be three positive integers. Then,
\quad a b c a|bc implies a b a|b or a c a|c .

Notation: Here a b a|b means, a a divides b b , that is, there exists another integer c c such that b = a c b=ac .

Let a = 6 a=6 , b = 4 b=4 and c = 9 c=9 . We note that 6 4 a b 6 \nmid 4 \implies a \nmid b and 6 9 a c 6 \nmid 9 \implies a \nmid c but 6 36 a b c 6 | 36 \implies a | bc .
