First remove all digits which are multiples of 3, before adding the remaining digits, and if that is divisible by three then the original number is necessarily divisible by three. "93128571", "128571", "1+2+8+5+7+1", "24", which is divisible by three, so the initial number was.

If the sum of the digits of a number is a multiple of 3, then the number is divisible by 3. This is the divisibilty test for 3. In this case, 9+3+1+2+8+5+7+1 = 36 and 3+6 = 9, which is a multiple of 3. So this is divisible by 3

test of divisibility just add all the digits - 9+3+1+2+8+5+7+1=36 36 is divisible by 3 .therefore,93128571 is divisible by 3.

Since nos. that are divisible by 9 are also divisible by 3, 9+3+1+2+8+5+7+1 = 36/9= 4 So, it is divisible.
