If any number is divisible both by 3 and 4, then it is divisible by 12 also. Here 4+9+3+8+2+7+1+5+6=45 which divisible by 3, again last two digit which 5*10+6=56%4=0 . So, 49382756 is divisible by 12, because 49382756 is divisible by 3 and 4.
