1 100 × 25 100 × 100 100 = 25 10 0 2 = 5 100 = 5 % \sqrt{\dfrac{1}{100}\times\dfrac{25}{100}\times\dfrac{100}{100}}=\sqrt{\dfrac{25}{100^2}}=\dfrac{5}{100}=5\%

See percentage in terms of probability. Such as :

1% corresponds to 0.01 probability of an event

25% corresponds to 0.25 probability of an event

100% corresponds to 1 probability of an event

Hence substitute the corresponding values to get 0.05 as the solution of the sqrt term.

Which this corresponds to 5% probability
