The queen at c7 moves to g3 and the black king has been checkmated.

Hence 1 \boxed{1} move is minimum.

Another move: Qc7f7+.

I think we have another move to checkmate the white king. We move the rook at g8 to f8. When the white king check the king go to another squre will be check by 2 bishop and queen.

This is hard one because of the position of the white king. It is exposed near the center. It is mate in one. A wonderful puzzle.
