sis and trans . trans has lower energy ortho and para . para has lower energy tritium and deuterium . deuterium has lower energy none of these

The hydrogen exist in two different forms known as ortho and para The nucleus of an atom has nuclear spin if two atoms of hydrogen has parallel spin then ortho and if opposite spin then para . Para has lower energy

Deitrium and tritium are also 2 kinds of hydrogen
