Remember P.M.D.A.S. Parentheses, Multiplication, Division, Addition Subtraction, the answer is definately 1.

Multiplication and division are done left to right, not multiplication first.

The way it was written answer is 1. (6/2)(1+2) is 9. 6/2(1+2) implies that 2(1+2) is the divisor.

If we try to solve using precedence we Will get 1+2=3 and 6/2=3. So 3(3)=9
