The smallest nonegative integer N N can be easily seen as 0 0 .

One solution ( x , y ) (x,y) to the equation is ( 74555 , 106795 ) (74555, -106795) .

Notice that the question says NONEGATIVE and not positive, don't be fooled.

Even easier, x = 0 x = 0 and y = 0. y = 0.
