Simple counting gives 20 20 semicircles.

Counting the dots will also do the job, but we will have to subtract one of the dot afterwards, as one dot is extra. Ashish, the problem that you gave for me, I will solve it afterwards, right now too tired. Moreover, the questions requires a lot of brains. Good night brother :)
