A person is having myopia. His left eye can see to a maximum distance of 0.5m and his right eye can see to a maximum distance of 0.2m clearly. The lenses of left and right eye are now removed from the spectacle and kept in such a way that their focus lie in a straight line. The distance between them is 0.5m . Find the resultant power of the combination and enter answer in Dioptre. If your answer is 'x' enter the answer as --
-x + 1.5
The answer is 3.5.
