Just use mirror formula to find the answer.

As the mirror is convex so by sign convention focal length ( f f ) =30.

Distance of object from the pole ( u u )=-30.

So

1 f = 1 u + 1 v \frac { 1 }{ f } =\frac { 1 }{ u } +\frac { 1 }{ v }

By putting value we get v = + 15 v=+15 .

As the there is +ve sign so the image is formed is behind the mirror.

Well, the answer of the question is hiding in the question it self.

Last line of the question ---'Maximum time allowed for answering is 15 seconds'. Nice one Krishna. :D
