There is a 1/36 chance of getting 12 or 2, a 2/36 chance of getting 3 or 11 and a 3/36 chance of getting 10 or 4.

If we multiply the winnings and probabilities we get 10/36+6/36+4.5/36=£0.56944...

This is less than the £0.75 you pay to play so you should not play.
