Possible ratios of the sides in a right angled triangle are (shortest: middle: longest): 1 : 2 : 5 1:2:\sqrt5 and 1 : 3 : 2 1:\sqrt3:2 .
As both possible ratios have an irrational number in it, it is not possible for all the sides to have integer lengths.
Thus, the answer is No .
