Ducks problems
A wanderer met two hunters in the woods. One of the hunters had 3 ducks and the other - 5 ducks. All the ducks were the same size. The three men agreed to share the 8 ducks equally between them. After they had eaten, the wanderer gave the hunters 8 coins (all same value) as payment for his meal.
How many coins should the first hunter take (the one who had 3 ducks)?
