Easter eggs

Logic Level 1

I have in my hand a basket containing five Easter eggs.

My five young nephews (Al, Bill, Carl, Dave and Evan) are at my feet, all eagerly asking for an egg.

Is it possible for me to give all five of them an egg and still have one egg remaining in the basket?

Cannot be determined Yes No

I take an egg out of the basket and give the egg to Al.

I take an egg out of the basket and give the egg to Bill.

I take an egg out of the basket and give the egg to Carl.

I take an egg out of the basket and give the egg to Dave.

Then I hand the basket -- containing the one remaining egg -- to Evan.

So you're Evan?

Nope, I'm the uncle. I don't like hard-boiled eggs unless they're in a meat pie.

That makes sense. Thanks!
