y = sin 2 t = 1 cos 2 t = 1 x 2 y=\sin^2 {t} = 1-\cos^2{t} = 1 -x^2

d y d x = 2 x d 2 y d x 2 = 2 \Rightarrow \dfrac {dy}{dx} = -2x\quad \Rightarrow \dfrac {d^2y}{dx^2} = \boxed{-2}

y=sin^2 t
y=1-cos^2 t
y = 1 - x^2 dy/dx= -2 x
d^2 y/dx^2 = -2
